Diet Therapy for Dyslipidemia in Patients with Diabetes

Dyslipidemia is not only hyperlipidemia such as hypertriglyceridemia or hypercholesterolemia but also including of broad concept of reduction of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and changes in the composition of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, it is proved by cardiovascular disease of rates and the resulting increase in mortality. Diabetes is the leading cause of death by cardiovascular complications such as myocardial infarction and cardiovascular disease, high LDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol, the association of the lower risk of cardiovascular disease is well-known fact that the reduction of LDL cholesterol, manage diabetes as this emphasizes the importance of being. Commonly, drugs, very effective and safe like statin, are developed and diet interests is becoming to be low. In this paper, for the treatment of dyslipidemia in diabetic patients presenting with diet and to practice as educators need to know in order to help food and dyslipidemia factors affecting the method is introduced and the proper diet.
